Frequently Asked Question: What are you working on right now?
I think, everyone who has worked creatively before knows that it is very touchy to speak about projects that are still closer to visions than to the final product. If e.g. the other person after hearing about the project is not as enthusiastic about it as we are – and how could he since he doesn't share our vision – we feel disappointed and without wanting to we start to have doubts about the project.
"He didn’t seem thrilled about it, perhaps it's no good. Perhaps I am wasting my time. Perhaps I should work on something else instead?" The more we give away the more enthusiasm we loose.
That's why I never speak to anyone about my projects that I am currently working on. When it's finished there will be still enough time to talk about it.
